I'm not sure what you are looking for. Is it software to solve, or generate, or something else? Either way, I'd recommend competitions and archives on this site containing handcrafted Sudokus & interesting variants more than any software. Location: Thailand		Personally I use Microsoft Publisher but if you're tech-savvy then Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator.
