Where we can find more example of Pencil Marks Sudoku.
There aren't many examples of this to the best of my knowledge.Here's one that should serve as good practice.But be reminded that it's hard.

Location: India | Try registering on http://argio-logic.net/ , there is one Pencil Marks Sudoku there every day (sometimes on the harder side).
Also, Shapes Sudoku and True or Lie Sudoku from this year's Indian Sudoku Championship have very similar deductions to the ones required in a pencil marks Sudoku. Link for ISC - http://logicmastersindia.com/lmitests/?test=ISC2015 |

The best way to get used to, however, is to solve the examples already given in the flash interface.
I will also note that in Pencil Marks Sudoku
a. there will not be way to erase the already given pencil marks
b. unlike the pdf, the pencil marks will be given at the top left corner (like Killer Sudoku). See example on flash interface.
