Location: India		Shade some cells show that each digit represents the "number of surrounding shaded cells, including itself".

ETA : Also see Conceptis Puzzles' Fill-A-Pix where not all cells have given digits.

Location: Poland		I knew Fill-A-Pix, but example said something different. But it was probably mistake there (some "3" should be "4"), because I solved this Hungarian puzzle as a Fill-A-Pix and everything is OK. Thanks a lot!
