Congrats to Tejal for winning this one. Deb, wonderful symmetry on the Irregular. I wasted 30 seconds admiring it :P And then had a complete blackout on the extra region. Apparently every time I solve standing up, I blackout for few mins(happened in Budapest Sudoku as well :| ). Need to rectify that somehow.

Congrats Tejal.

Back to the classic on day1, I'm attaching it now. Not sure why anyone needed T&E for this.
Also attaching the irregular because you mentioned. It is much easier to play with small sized irregulars.

Well of all the Sudokus you're displaying, I believe you should certainly display the Killer. Everyone who solved that loved it. :) As for the classic, Tejal re-solved it and got it in 3 mins. She was slower than me in the classic today too. Some issues there probably :P She hasn't had much time to practice anything to be fair.

I find it painful to make images for Killers. Since we had to include a killer, I decided to make only rectangular cages which is much easier to draw.

As Prasanna said, Killer Sudoku is superb!
I should say that this is my first killer Sudoku I have solved, though I had trouble for first 8 min, once the cage that needs to be looked is identified it was easy.
I have really enjoyed solving it.
Nice one Deb.

Ravi

There are monthly tests here dedicated to Sudoku. Of course, these include Sudoku variations too. You can easily take part in only those. However, I do believe at some point you didn't know Sudoku either, so just like you found it fun and interesting, there may be other puzzles out there that might interest you too. Always better not to limit oneself ;)
