For Delhi and Mumbai it took about a week to post them. You also need to consider that the organizers will have to prioritize getting the National finals ready for the 2nd of August, so I estimate a week or so here too probably.

Now that all regional rounds are over, any chance if the sudokus from all rounds can be put on LMI if TOI allows ? TSC puzzles are never posted on LMI due to some constraints. Otherwise, it would've definitely been made available. You know how openly LMI works :-)

Posts: 268 Location: India | harmeet - 2015-08-04 9:42 AM For curiosity sake, can someone elaborate on new rules and new format of the national finals? Hi Harmeet. The rules can be found in toi.in/sudoku. A city round can have at the max one experienced solver as qualifier and the National Finals can have at the max two experienced participants among the four selected. Here experienced category refers to a participant who has represented India in WSC A team or B team.
