Check the Contest Page http://logicmastersindia.com/2017/BSOQ/ and download the password protected Puzzle Booklet in the same page.

The password will be displayed when you click the Start Bangladesh Online Qualifiers button and the Timer will also start at the same instant. You can open the Booklet with the password, take a print out, solve the puzzles and submit within the Time. You can submit as and when you finish each puzzle.

Location: Bangladesh		But here it is saying in http://www.prothom-alo.com/sudoku, 100 participant for offline competition for final 10 on 28/09/2017. Just need to be confirmed.
What does it means by "Valid Participant"?
Registration should be restricted after the competition start. Abnormal submission time is already visible and this type submissions are increasing ....
