Will the clues given outside be in order in the competition puzzle ? It is not mentioned explicitly in the rules but the case occurs in the example.

Given the implied answer of the possible non-inclusion of the mastermind code in competition - despite its explicit appearance in the IB - I feel it's prudent to ask whether the equally helpful list of letters at the bottom of the grid in the IB for this puzzle will also appear in competition?
