There was mistake in our part. The regional round ISC 2011 is scheduled at IIT Madras. We've updated the schedule.
Note that IPC 2011 is not scheduled at IIT Madras. |

If I am not mistaken the top 4 will be selected to represent India at the World Sudoku Championship. If that is the case, then we should be selecting the top 4 from every round. Suppose the top 3 from one of the regions end up being the top3 nationally, then we who knows the person who stood fourth from the same region could have been the fourth person nationally as well. Of course, this sort of scenario is quite unlikely, but if we do not follow logical processes then who will :)

On the spot registration is allowed in all colleges.

Hi Munira,
The number of players to represent India (or any other country) at WSC is decided by the host country - which is Hungary this year. They've not yet decided whether it is 3 players from a country or 4.
Based on our understanding from them, it is likely to be a 3 member team since this year World Sudoku Championship and World Puzzle Championship will be held together (not on the same dates, but within the same week and same venue) |

Hi Radek,
We'll have it open for 24 hours after the Practice Test ends.
Note that, as mentioned in the ISC page, this is just for practice and the puzzles / sudokus will be relatively easy (compared to LMI monthly tests)

Looks like you started the test from Techfest site.
In any case, your submissions should have been recorded. |

Location: India | The official period for Practice test is now over. We had around 250 participants (mostly from Techfest IIT Bombay).
The results will be published soon.
The Practice test will be open till 14:00 tomorrow, for those who missed during the official period.
