Location: India		Some of the B team are A team of WSC and just decided to attend both events (and vice versa on the other side). Beyond that, It is a mix of "how far we could go down the list vs how quickly we would need to get players registered". In fact there may still be some changes here, we posted it as a reference point for the prospective team to try for sponsors, etc.
