Posts: 175 Location: India | Players can see their own score at http://logicmastersindia.com/IPC2011/score.asp Note : We have found that some players have used unfair means. It needs some cleanup before everyone can see others' scores.

Posts: 172 Location: ITALY | Administrator - 2011-04-22 6:12 AM we do not expect lot of international players to participate. Why not? It is easier to find 60 minutes to spare than 120..... the standard is good, and, then, you are not taking into account the addiction factor....

As everyone can see by now, we had really easy puzzles in this round. We were not sure if this is something international players would appreciate. added to that, we have the Sudoku round still running for 48 hours. But I get your point - LMI's tests are mostly 120 minutes. It will be nice to see 60 minutes' test.

Karan, I got your PM too. As per server time, you started at 2:31:28 PM. So by the time see you saw "00:10", it was already past 3:30 PM. We can't do much, but request you and everyone else to read the rules, timings properly.

Posts: 3 Location: Germany | I really liked this contest. Thank you for your great work. These easy puzzles can be kind of refreshing. For me as an average solver it means a lot more joy to be able to solve >10 puzzles in 60 minutes than staring at a difficult puzzle so long that you have no more energy for the remaining one and a half hour Edited by ch1983 2011-04-24 4:25 PM

Posts: 148 Location: France | I agree with Christian; it is pleasant to have, from time to time, an easy test ; at least for us average solvers. Moreover, after the ridiculous performance I did on the sudoku test yesterday, this puzzle test was really welcomed to comfort me a bit. As usual, organisation was top and puzzles were nice ; thanks for 50' of fun - once again. Otherwise, I lost much time on the "Weights" puzzle and did the Minesweeper three times. Some stupid mistake on Hitori, too. I probably could have saved 5 to 10 minutes, so, the test was definitely easy. Just what I expected and needed today !

Location: India | Bastien, First of all, your performance yesterday is not that bad. You are still in the top 20. Of course, it could have been much better if had done something more meaningful in last 20 minutes :-) It should definitely be easy to organize such 'short-and-sweet' tests more frequently. I think LMI should sincerely consider having more tests of these kind more often. Thanks once again Stefano, Christian and Bastien for your views.

Of course, it could have been much better if had done something more meaningful in last 20 minutes :-) But... I did. I solved 4 puzzles during these 20 minutes. The Product Frame (wrong) and the Inequality (wrong-wrong-wrong)... :-)
