Till now only things which I could conclude looking at it is that R2C7 cannot have 1. R4C7,R4C8 and R6C2 cannot have 9.
Can you give reference to source of this Sudoku?

This is from Fed-Sudoku Krtek's cup Antidiagonal round Game #4. How did you get that R4C7,R4C8 and R6C2 cannot have 9?

In Center Box there are only two possibilities of 9 i.e. R4C6 and R6C6.
Putting 9 in R4C6 will force R6C7 to be 9 and Putting 9 in R6C6 will force R5C9 to be 9. In both the cases R4C7,R4C8 and R6C2 cannot have 9?
