Location: Canada		At the time I signed up, my local time was 7:27 AM (EST) but the dropdown only offered 6:57, 7:57, 8:57 AM.

Timezone offsets are a complex, ever-changing situation. The forum software is not handling it correctly.

Is this setting critical to correct operation, especially where contests are concerned?
