Location: Turkey		4. Hexa tapa, Are all the cells standard hexagonal cells, or is it possible to have cells as in the special note of round 5? If latter, do we count the neighbouring cells with corner sharing only?

This one will be a standard Hex grid, a larger version of the one presented in the IB.

10: Toroidal Tapa - the word 'additionally' is somewhat misleading because the solution doesn't have a continuous wall, you need to use the wrapping feature for it to be continuous

Yes. As long as you can represent a changed version where each digit goes one higher or one lower, it doesn't matter if they end up becoming digits that are already there.
