What exactly are the rules for when you can and when you can't claim a puzzle's points? Is it exclusively if you think that the puzzle was broken? or also if you misdid the answer key? For my case, I mixed up the white and black cells answering the mochikoro. Does it still count? Should I claim the points?
Certainly a valid claim in this case. We'll look into it. |

Location: Slovakia | I really enjoyed this test, there were too many great puzzles. In my opinion, three best puzzles were Spiral battleship, Grafitti snake and Cubic sudoku. On the other hand, I still have no clue, how to start Fence samurai, it was the hardest puzzle for me. Consider that 150 minutes is too much, when you are solving during the night. I have lost track of time and missed the chance to submit my solutions |

Fence is all about figuring out the interactions between the grids. Thats all I'll say so that you can check again when you're less confused *been there* |

Certainly a valid claim in this case. We'll look into it.
Likewise, I take it I cannot claim for 'miscounting' on the chained battleships (I put 3 for A as it went over 3 squares, rather than its length of 2...)?
Is there a page somewhere on what makes a valid claim? Thanks in advance. |

Location: United States | My impression is there are no rules to claiming. If you think you have any grounds to get points, claim and explain why. It's the author's decision as to whether you get them in the end or not.
Test authors handle claims a bit differently anyway.
