of the monthly sudoku and puzzle tests.
also can we get an update or email on
our ids to remind us?

Location: India | @keval, the next Monthly test is planned on 13/14th November.
We do send out emails about our upcoming tests, but only to members who have participated at least once in last 6 months.
So - once you participate in a test, you will get mails about upcoming tests.

Location: India | Another way to get updates about our tests is to subscribe to the Mock Tests and Monthly Tests thread.
Scroll down bottom right, and you should see a link "Toggle e-mail notification". Once you activate email notification to this thread, you will get updates about upcoming tests as-and-when they are announced.

Interesting - I first saw your idea at http://motris.livejournal.com/130811.html - and now the idea is at work.
I'm not a user of twitter, though I've an account, but may be some members in the community are.
Quick question : How do I subscribe by RSS? Will that send me an email for every update? I would prefer everything to be delivered to my mailbox, rather than me visiting twitter / FB so on. |

Location: India | I've linked my Twitter account to my blog, so every time I post on my blog, automatically a Tweet gets published. I get a fair amount of visitors to my blog via Twitter.
So, it definitely is a good idea, but I'm not sure if they send an e-mail for every update. |

I'm not sure if they send an e-mail for every update. If it does not send me email, I'll have trouble using it. It is simply too cumbersome to add one more to my most frequently visited site. |

Location: United States | The RSS feed for the account is at http://twitter.com/statuses/user_timeline/216195042.rss which is linked on the old style profile but not the new style profile. This would be good if you already use RSS for other things - Google Reader, etc, but not necessarily e-mail. I'll work to find a solution for that.
EDIT: Try using this service Feed My Inbox if e-mail works better. It will automatically e-mail you when the RSS feed updates. Just paste in the link from above and it should let you subscribe very easily if you like.
