WCPN Author Posts: 191 Location: The Netherlands | Since there are not that many sudokus of 7x7 available, I have made a list of all more or less relevant sudokus of that size that I have published earlier on the website of LM Germany. More or less, because I didn’t create all variants in the test earlier. Instead, there are also variants in the list below that do not appear at all in the test. Nevertheless they can be helpful to practise 7x7 in general. I hope it will help. Variants that are in the 7x7-test: Toroidal: basic Kropki: (S) Kropki: (S) Consecutive: (T) Diagonal: (C) Diagonal + Killer: (C) Killer: (S) Killer: (S) (Very hard puzzle!) Variants that are not in the 7x7-test: No Touch: (C) Even: (C) Outside Sums: (S) Edge Sums: (S) X-Sums: (C) X-Sums: (C) X-Sums: (S) As always, I have a few leftover puzzles as well as a few extra practise puzzles. They will be published at the website of LM Germany in the next days in the following schedule: Saturday: basic chaos and basic toroidal Sunday: basic scattered and basic double scattered Monday: Killer (C) and Low (T) Tuesday: none (My Sudoku Variants Series runs on Tuesdays) Wednesday: QuadSums (S) and Consecutive Circles (C) Thursday: Sum 100 (C) and OddMax (S) Friday: ? and ? That’s still open. If you like to have one or two more practise puzzles, I can prepare those if I know it by Tuesday evening the latest. I have time to make them on Wednesday. Just let me know here in this forum thread what type(s) it should be. If there is no request, that’s fine too. I hope everyone can have a decent preparation to this test.

Does the absence of a circle imply that no digit is the sum of the three others? No. In the IB there is a square with digits 1351 without dot in R45C67.

WCPN Author Posts: 191 Location: The Netherlands | Kota - 2014-07-04 10:21 AM 8. OddMax: Can the highest odd digit appear TWO times in four cells? For example: When the highest odd digit is 3, is the set of (3,3,2,1) OK? No; the instructions say 'A digit in a circle appears exactly one time in the four surrounding cells...' Other digits may appear more than once, as is the case multiple times in the example.

Joo M.Y - 2014-07-04 5:22 AM In Points table, '13. Equal' should be '13. Equal (S)' Fixed it. Thanks. There will be an updated IB, but I guess that will be after the test is finished. Both corrections are not that interesting...
